Information and Registration for the JIMM 2023 Autumn Meeting
The JIMM 2023 Autumn Meeting will be held at the “Toyama Jiyukan” for the poster
session on Tuesday, September 19, and at the Toyama University, Gofuku Campus for the
oral presentations from Wednesday, September 20 to Friday, September 22.
The poster session for High School students and National Institute of Technology
students (High School Poster Session) will be held at the “Toyama Jiyukan” on Tuesday,
September 19 and online on Tuesday, September 26. (You can choose either date.)

No refunds will be made for cancellations after payment has been made.

and print it out.
* Note to regular members 65 years old and over: Please be sure to register your date of birth in the membership information data before registering to attend the meeting. If you do not register your date of birth in your membership information, you will be charged.
** Student Member: If your membership type is different from the registered membership type due to a change in graduation year or higher education, etc., please change your membership type before registering to attend the meeting. If you have exceeded the graduation year registered in your membership information, you are automatically become a regular member.
*** Non-member participants will be receive a one-year membership. However, benefits will not be granted in duplicate.

◆Payment Methods
Credit cards and convenience store transfers can be used to pay the registration fee in advance. However, only credit card payment is accepted for late and on-site registration.
◆Abstracts to be available on the web
Abstracts will be available on September 5, 2023. Please complete all patent-related procedures by the publication date. After the abstracts are released, you can view the abstracts by logging in to the meeting website.
◆Viewing and downloading abstracts
For those who have registered in advance and paid the registration fee: A participant ID and
password required to view and download the abstracts will be sent to you on the day the abstracts
are released.
For those who have registered late and on-site registration: The "Registration Number" and
"Password" on the registration receipt notice will be your participant ID and password to view and
download the abstracts.
◆Participation in meeting
Please print out “Participation Certificate” from the website (Conference My Page) in advance. You need the Certificate to participate the meeting.
