Information and Registration for the JIMM 2023 Spring Meeting

The JIMM 2023 Spring Meeting will be held at the Tokyo Metropolitan Industrial Trade Center "Hamamatsucho Kan" for the poster session on Tuesday, March 7, and at the University of Tokyo Komaba I Campus for the oral presentations from Wednesday, March 8 to Friday, March 10. (The conference may be changed to an online conference depending on the situation of COVID-19.)
The poster session for high school and college of technology students will be held at the Tokyo Metropolitan Industrial Trade Center "Hamamatsucho Kan" on Tuesday, March 7, and online on Wednesday, March 15. (You can choose either date.)
Registration for the meeting must be made through our website.

Registration fee (including abstract download)

Please note that no refunds will be made for cancellations after payment has been made.
Please download the receipt from the application web page (My page) after payment is completed and print it out.

* Attention to regular members 65 years old and over: Please be sure to register your date of birth in the membership information data before registering for the convention. If you do not register your date of birth in your membership information, you will be charged.

** Student Member: If your membership type is different from the registered membership type due to a change in graduation year or higher education, etc., please change your membership type before registering for the conference. If you have exceeded the graduation year registered in your membership information, you are automatically made a regular member.

*** Non-member applicants for participation will be granted a one-year membership. However, benefits will not be granted in duplicate.

◆Payment Methods

Credit cards and convenience store transfers are accepted for payment of the registration fee in advance. However, only credit card payment will be accepted for late registration (on the day of the event).

◆Participation Method

For those who have applied for participation in advance and paid the registration fee: A participant ID and password necessary for viewing and downloading presentation abstracts will be sent to you on the day the abstracts are released.
For late (same-day) registrants: The "registration number" and "password" indicated on the registration acceptance notice will be the participant ID and password required to view the abstracts.

◆Presentation Abstracts to be released on the web

The abstract will be available on February 21, 2023. Please complete all patent-related procedures by the publication date. After the abstracts are released, you can view them by logging in to the conference website.

◆Certificate of Participation

Please print out “Participation card” from the website (Conference My Page) in advance, and submit the card at the reception desk on site. You need the card to participate the meeting.
